To My Husband (Revised)

Poem for my Husband

"

Dear Husband

Our love is immortal, it is youthful, it never ages.

It stretches beyond the timelines of eternity.

To my Husband who keeps me in Euphoria,

 I blush at my disposition.

I sometimes keep my words from spilling free.

Or perhaps it’s hard to find the right words to speak.

With every rhythm of

my own heartbeat, I re live

That moment of “I dos” and “forever yours”

That keeps me chained and secured, housed in love

To my Husband who’s love is constant

Can’t help but put love on repeat. Its my favorite tune.

Re start, re fresh, re playing the song that will

 bring me back to you…

paused for a moment...breath...and begin again.

Then we lay as our beings mend us as one.Stitching

tears, gluing together the broken pieces.

Like our favorite movie...love in replay.

skipping to our favorite scene.

To my Husband, my soul mate and best friend,

would it be a cliché to say…you complete me?

You make me whole?  I cannot see me without you?

Before, there was vacancy.

Now… bursting with sunshine,

smiles, laughter, dreams, aspirations, I am filled with LIFE!

All I could ever attain in this life...the

love you've allowed me to experience,

each day...refreshing...soothing with

no gaps in between.

Dear Husband

May our love stretches beyond eternity, may it grow and never age.

Happy Anniversary Babes!
