I Hate You

I Hate You

A Poem by Meliss@k

I
Hate
You
I hate the way you treated me
Defiled my body
My mind
My spirit
I hate you.
I hate your schemes
Hurting anyone,
Anything,
I hate the way you make me feel
Make me look
Make me act
Make me think
I hate you.
You’re ugly
You’re mean
All just to be known,
Just to make a big scene
I hate you.
I push you away
But you sneak back in,
I take pills
I get needles
You still find ways to attack,
You get under my skin,
I hate you.
I wish you were never born
I wish you never existed
The same wishes you made at me-
No hesitations
No limitations
Only constrictions.
Why are you still here?
Why’re you still around?
Haven’t I been clear?
Showing no signs of fear?
I hate you
cancer,
I hate you!
I’m taking my stand
In the ring,
Got on my gloves,
And gritting my teeth.
YOU don’t deserve to live
YOU can take a bow now
and go on back to Hell,
cancer
walk your big ol’ self out.
Back to where you came from
Back to where you’re loved
Back to where your fame is great
and flames dont dare run out.
I hate you
Cancer
I hate you
Say your last words loud
Time to watch you gasp for air
As smoke from Hell
Pulls up YOUR chair.

This is raw..gritty and down to the point. Its like dirty boxing. All heart. It is a powerful affirmation and inspiration for strength.
