A Poem by meltingtuba

This poem
is for all those poets
who write seemingly deep
and earnest poems
that have absolutely no meaning:

Found the crack
the gap in the truth
 the trap, oh the snare
the tangle of hair
where right is wrong
the fight through the throng
in the water a fin
the dizzying spin
on the wheel of the heart
the stolen rolling cart
runs away
from the crowd
to the the silver meadow

where quiet reigns

You became so confused
that you decided this poem
must mean something
you just don't understand
but never worry
never fear
I don't understand
either

I love this poem. It has a lot of meaning and I like how you centered the middle stanza for emphasis. Well-written, fluid, and descriptive. Well done!

Listen to Jim Morrison. His words had meaning for him. Few had reach his level of thoughts. Poetry is at many levels. Each person write with a different view and vision. That the option of the reader. To chose who they want to read. I like the logic of this poem. Thank you for the excellent poetry.

There is no meaning. Please don't try. Somethings don't need meaning
