lost soul

here is a little poem dedicated to the one who made me feel this way, and to the hope that i will never feel this way again

Last night I dreamt about you

And when I woke up in the middle of the night

I found myself whispering your name.

I forced my dazed state back into sleep

Into the dream where you held me

The dream of all dreams.

I felt you

And I know you felt me too

Were you thinking of me before you slept?
