Lonely Road

Lonely Road

A Poem by Undying Glory

How I've been living my life all this while...

Lonely Road

I walk my lonely road.
Day after day,
Week after week,
Year after year.
I've watched too many friends
Pass in and out of my life.
One moment, they're with me.
The next, they're gone.
As the darkness falls on me yet again
I wonder if there's really
The light at the end of the tunnel.
'Cos in the end, it's still just me.
Maybe someday I'll find it.
Maybe someday I'll find her.
Till then for me,
The only way is forward,
Into uncertainty...

A true friend is someone who can go away to another state or another country and when you meet again it is like you have never been apart...There is just a connection there...Keep the creative pen flowing...Sunflower

Life is very uncertian. I've began not having expectations from people.

There is nothing more tragic or more astonishing than what the future can hold, and nothing can shape us better than the past. I think this poem expresses that. Its wonderful.

Singapore, Singapore

The average guy you'd meet on the street, only with a hidden streak. Or several, for that matter. 24 year old, 4th year medical student, studying in Dundee, Scotland. Never underestimate the pow.. more..
