My Little Rose

My Little Rose

A Poem by *Evelen*

These thorns they prick

Into my heart

I try to shake them off

But they only stick

Never going away

Never fading

I try to pull them out

But they burry in deeper

My hands they tremble

At the sight of blood

So look what you did

My little rose

You hurt me once again

Your beauty was so hypnotizing

Yet I forgot your fakeness is so agonizing

To my fragile little heart

Look at these thorns

These thorns you pushed in

My heart still beats

 Even with these thorns in

Stupid isn’t it

When you hurt me this way

When all I do is love you everyday

My little rose

Your color is turning black

Yet still red drenched

With my blood

From the heart

You won’t not give back

So bury your thorns deeper

My little twisted rose

Make my blood run dry

So I might have my heart back

The day that I die
