Wanderer

Wanderer

A Poem by mildly biased
"

My impressions of a friend's dorm room.

"

Tangled cords chasing each other

Every which way and across the desk,

Cascade onto the carpet.

Pink blue green, Pink blue green

Sings the whitewash room,

Dance electric bubbles.

Hurry! Hurry! Hurry!

Chant the unmade covers,

Begs the fettered racket.

A scattering of sweetly scented

Clothes, to mark the absent owner

Chasing elusive calmness.

Interesting poem - just goes to show that inspiration can come from just about anything/anywhere if we can open our eyes to recognise it.(If only i could remember that maybe I would write more...) I enjoyed this. Well done.
