Night

Night

A Poem by Jimmy Seaman
"

This is the first poem I have ever written.

"
I sat atop my roof,
seeking comfort,
from the night sky.

The darkness enveloping me,
as if it were a blanket,
making me feel warm and safe.

The moon,
a beacon of love.

The stars,
dancing,
to music that is not heard.

I sit there,
like a stone,
watching them dance.

I am now starting to like your writing more and more and more! Just.. can't... stop... reading.... xD

Now, getting down to business :

The paragraphs were just pure.. goodness I suppose
The last paragraph fascinated me :

"I sit there,
like a stone,
watching them dance."

Well written :)
