I’m worthy of everything great,

every step you take,

every smile you make,

every time you wait,

I’m worth waiting for.

 

I’m worth every breeze that flies through my hair,

I’m drop dead gorgeous and deserve every stare,

I’m worth fighting over,

I’m worth staying up for at night,

I’m deserving of so much,

I’m your Mrs. Right.

 

I’m worth all the tears you’ve shed,

and all the pain that you’ve gone through,

I’m worth the sacrifice,

I can’t replace anything new.

I’m worth all the drama that I bring,

the crazy times we fight,

I’m worth all of that and more,

and you will have to work for me with all of your might.

 

I can guarantee you one thing,

I will not give myself up to you that easily,

for you will have to work for me,

prove to me that I’m what you want,

that I’m what you need,

that I’m what you’re looking for,

and after you’ve done all of that,

I will then tell myself that I’m definitely worth waiting for,

and I don’t need you to tell me otherwise.
