Write Now

A Poem by M Lamont

Trying to configure my ideas into words

Trying to arrange the thoughts into logic

Searching and stumbling along

These wicked crisscrossed paths that tangle my head

This journey taken thousands of times

How does this landscape change so quickly?

How does a road so well known and traveled

Become a foreign land in a matter of seconds?

My end is drawing near

Behind me is the torment found along the way

Quickly replaced with the rush of joy

A welcomed calm at the final ending

So I'm lacking in my reviews for you, that's one thing I know, so here I sit, "my Friday" with a glass of wine, always the best for getting online, and what do I see.... MY BRAIN! Yes, this is hilarious, I've revealed it to you and now one and all. Oh, I forgot. Too funny. I won't explain why you have this Mr. PC. So, now for my review, this insatiable desire to write, will it ever be satiated? I love the title and I like how you made something out of nothing, like my brain. : )
