Shared Thoughts

 

I want to know my connection to the world

I want to understand why I have who I have in my life

I write to pose what I know sometimes I already know

I find my answers in the words as they are typed

 

I read my fellow writers and engulf their work

An instant eye opener as though they scanned my brain

So in tune and in touch with their message

Longing to write and write and write

 

Some question my motive when they don’t understand

Other don’t “get it” when I know it is simply put

So out comes another piece, ready to be shared with the world

A head-scratcher from some, but understood by my WC folks
