Words Words Words

Words Words Words

A Poem by M Lamont

Tiny little words

Like well oiled BB’s

Rolling around in my head

Coming together

One by one

Helping to turn the wheel

Of smooth creativity

Around and around and around

Rolling through the cranial crevices

The beautiful grey matter

The loveliest of hosts

Maneuvering the spheres

And manipulates them

In the most effective

And lasting impact manner

Gyrating through lobe after lobe

Like a galaxy of planets

Their orbit defined and refined

Until perfect harmony

Maybe slightly organized symmetry

Or utter chaos

The crowning moment

Is finally achieved

Mark this is celestial in description and in many ways
the meaning reflects the definition of "prose", as in
perfect word pleacement, metaphorical analogy that
is completely figuratively well thought out, thanks for
sharing your talent, take care, mike

I love it! This is just so well written, so different, yet, so interesting. Not very often where you see a poem about words going around in someone's head, and when I do it usually isn't that great. I love the word choice you used for this. The only part I don't like is this one line, "Around and around and around ". Simply "Around and around" may be sufficient, but it does show emotion making it grab me even more. I just cannot get over it. It's going to my favorite list.
