LIFE AND DEATH

I am working with out sleep for two days...and now I write?

Death and life dance the tango

In a most beautiful way

With effortless rhythm

Each taking their toll each day

As one leaves their frail vessel

Many a hearts do break

Celebration begins as

A baby’s first breath does take

Life is a circle that has

No beginning and never ending

It does not rest

As constant as

This earth’s constant spinning

I have not written a poem in a very long time. Why I did tonight at midnight after no sleep for two days...I honestly have no idea!
