A Poem by Christopher Michael Smith

Conquest complete;
Next chapter engaged.
It's time for a new phase,
To end the current perceived reality.

I will independence.
I will true love.
I will happier children,
&
More understanding.

I will embrace all things.
I will succeed.
I will a foundation,
&
I will the energy to inspire me.

A world of change, internally.
Rebirth of the seasoned Sun, burning above thee.
Perception broadened by observing,
Internal and external influence of this humanity.

I will a new cause.
I will good souls to attract me.
I will deeper connections,
Friends, too, are family.

I will the outside world to the Great Revealing.
I will truth to the deceptions.
I will smiles upon faces of passers-by
&
Laughter in the streets.

Buried beneath the rubble of religious tyrannies.
Religion kills in the name of Gods that must be blood hungry.
In the name of God should not a drop of blood be slain.

I will a world-wide awakening to the true nature of all things.
I will my words and wisdom to those who question authority.
I will to inspire my peers to defend their rights,
&
Reclaim our world from the cold blooded elite.

I will brothers and sisters of this experience to live life.
I will them love and understanding.
I will my heart and soul to all that exists,
&
Offer a helping hand to the worst of enemies.

Conquest complete;
This chapter is not all about me.
The blank pages not yet scripted summon forth actions from ideas.
This next chapter is exactly what I need.

What I will becomes the world I know;
&
The world I know deserves a better way of existing.

I will the awakening of my brethren.
I will the thoughts and philosophies to come naturally.
I will this next chapter of life to see no boundaries.
I will the world's perception to remember that we are all the same species;
We are family.

very interesting dynamic in its multiple layers and multiple ref. I like the determination in the narration and the conviction in the statements. very interesting indeed.
