The media's shocked?

They're shocked when the rabid wolf bites the hand that feeds.

They're shocked when the monster turns on his creator, enabler.

They're shocked to learn they've been played by a master user/abuser.

Shocking to me that the media's the last to see the obvious.

So intent on raking in the rating's cash that they turned a blind eye

to all the outrageous bullshit he tried to pass off as fact,

no, they gave his bullshit credence, like they just might be true,

not the delusional ranting of a rabid wolf, who cares not a bit

for anyone, anything, any country, but himself, it's all just a game,

a game designed to serve him, and him alone.

It was a jaw-dropping scene indeed for us in the UK so I can only imagine how the US public reacted.
I think if he declares war on the media and the intelligence services then he'll be impeached before the year's out.
The bookies have slashed the odds here of impeachment.
