I Remember

A long-ish Poem I wrote to vent

Oh I remember,
The day, you slipped away, 
The day I lost the key,
To your broken heart. 

Oh I remember,
The day you decided,
That you,
No longer needed me.

Oh I remember, 
When you told me,
I'd be better off without you, 
You where wrong. 

I don't care,
What you think, 
Because honestly, 
It's not true. 

Having you in my life...
Would be a million times better,
Then this hell,
That I'm living without you...

You may disagree,
Because you know, 
How much of a screw up you really are,
But I could care less. 

Why can't you see that?
Why can't you see,
That no matter what, 
I will always love you. 

And there's nobody on this earth,
That can change that. 

Honestly I'm sorry,
I feel like I've failed you,
I feel like I'm not good enough for you,
Even though I know I'm too good.
I will wait forever, 
For you to love me back, 
If that's how Long it takes, 
For me to be happy again,

I would wait.

So please,
All you need to do is ask,
Ask for me to be there, 
Ask for me to wait,

And I will wait an eternity for you,

Because true love has no limits.
