Sometimes it’s our mind that makes us hear differently- we need to listen carefully with the heart- we need to protect our heart from unwelcome words and actions of the world, the heart can be a very noisy room... wonderful and thought provoking, makes one think .. enjoyed reading 🌹

Very dreamy. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this piece. It reminds me of feelings that fills you and leaves an aftertaste for the memory. To have such a wonder, a rainbow, have such an effect is very sentimental. I love the harmony throughout this piece as well. When I think of rainbows, I'm reminded of hope. A hope as harmonious as the sky it resides. Very thought-provoking work. Great read.

It will not likely be a rainbow again but sometimes when the gas clears and we have lived and reflected, we may go for another dip into the pot of gold if only to make sure. I really liked this. It brought about some great visuals!!!

Thank you for stopping by..I'm much glad that you like it
I love the picture, and this poem - I like how although it's short and 'just words' it conveys so much more with a story and a background but are still just that - words.
But words have meanings and they tell a story and the result is spontaneous poetry. Great write.

Thank you for your very beautiful words :)
they say not to stare at the sun for too long. kind of like being blinded by truth or an experience that leaves its mark upon us. those are two great, powerful words with depth of meaning. this reads very well. pretty clever & creative.
