Twas Whispy Whaspy Tinkle Toes
On bogzy wim wam woe
Ditzel scurried, Dunstle too
Up high on Whimsy Way

Woogle Boogle napped in da hammock
Between two tupelo trees
He dreamed of Nanzy Pamsy
Dreaming Google woo

Whispy Whaspy Tinkles Toes
Whispered woggle woo
Into ears of Nanzy Pamzy
Under the tupelo tree

Pale tupelo tree
Leaves of Heartsy Heart
Heard Whispy Whaspy Tinkles Toes
Whispering woggle woo

Blushing Nanzy Panzy
Hid her face in Heartsy Heart
A scardy baby feared woogle woo
Whispy Whaspy Tinkle Toes

Down Whimsy Way came Wopsy Bopsy
His self to hush dis woggle woo
And courts sweet Nanzy Pamzy
Away from Whispy Whaspy Tinkle Toes

Twas Wopsy Bopsy heel high and low
Skitted down on bogzy wim wam woe
Whispering boggle woo
Drowning out the woggle woo

Whispy Whaspy Tinkle Toes
And Wopsy Bopsy dueled into the night
As sun rose over the tupelo tree
Nanzy Pamzy twas down on Whimsy Way

At two glances Wopsy Bopsy saw
Nanzy Panzy with Woogle Boogle
He was singing google woo
Down on Whimsy Way

Nanzy Panzy and Woogle Boogle
Sang and whispered google woo
Now their kids climb the tupelo tree

Author's Note

Nancy Lee Shrader
Cacophony is a technique which was used by the famous poet and author Lewis Carroll. Lewis Carroll makes use of cacophony in the poem 'Jabberwocky' by using an unpleasant spoken sound created by clashing consonants. The word cacophony originates from the Greek word meaning "bad sound". The term in poetry refers to the use of words that combine sharp, harsh, hissing, or unmelodious sounds.

I like it. It has almost a Dr. Suess kind of feel to it :) I enjoy the cacophony, and it does indeed make me smile ^_^

This was amusing and creative. I learnt a lot from your showing me and you used perfectly louds confusing "disagreeable" sounds.
