Into Thy Healing Hands

Into Thy Healing Hands

A Poem by Nancy Lee Shrader
"

A Prayer for my husband. Please pray with me.

"

praying hands

Into Thy healing hands

Into Thy healing hands

I place my husband dear

Heal his mind and body

Give him back his cheer

Into Thy healing hands

Make pure his ailing form

Fill him with your power

As he weathers this storm

Into Thy healing hands

By Your stripes let him be healed

And cover him with your blood

And let Thy servant be sealed

Into Thy healing hands

I asked this in Thy precious name

Keep safe my husband dear

Within Salvation’s Flame

Amen!

I am so sorry to hear that your husband is ill Nancy. This is a beautiful prayer, wonderfully written and expressed. And of course, I will most certainly join you in it. May God's love bring complete healing to your husband, and may He watch over and bless your family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you my friend.

Amen, Nancy. What a fitting prayer from a heart of Faith. Only the Love of Christ can give one of us, His Children the strength to lay our loved ones at His feet. "I go to prepare a place for you!!!" Need we hope for more? I have often waited at death's door for my wife to recover, and each time God has seen fit to send her back. And each time, as I walk thru His hallowed halls of Peace and Righteousness and feel His presence, He reminds me, that whether He keeps her or takes her, His choice is best. I will probably never be ready for that day; but, praise God, each day the path is easier to walk. "And I will come again, and receive you unto myself. That where I am there you may be also." Our writing may be all that connects us here on earth. But nothing shall stand in the way of All of us being reunited in Heaven. I'll see you there, Nancy. Right next to your husband.

This is so wonderful how you still are near by him. That's love. After years, in good and worse and always..... I hope he can get healthy soon. Loved the way you have written this. I have a strong respect for any belief! I am so sorry that you both have this difficult life. hugs. l.g.
