Tonight

Tonight

A Poem by Naomi Bloom
"

My first decent senryu.

"
Tonight your face is
Locked in my mind like sun burnt
Into pine green eyes

This also can be re-arranged into a rhyming couplet, amusingly enough:

Tonight your face is locked in my mind
Like sun burnt into pine green eyes
