the beauty of simplicity is often greater than the most sophisticated illuminations! This sounds like a great opening for a more dissertative piece, carefully cautious vs headstrong and impetuous contrasted against the dichotomy of child/woman. A very capable stage you have set here. It would dress out nicely and yield great material!
