King Henry and his wives 

Was big as he could be 

Of course that all depends

I wouldn't call them friends 

Definitely 

His love never stayed the same 

It was Catherine then Anne 

Both were not scared 

As the guillotine was prepared

Lost their head just the same 

Jane Seymour had died 

Catherine  and Anne were divorced 

Oh and of course 

Catherine Parr survived

They were alive but not for long 

Bittersweet and strange

His weight always changed 

He also wouldn't be alive for long 

He weight about a Quarter ton 

Sticky buns he would eat

I'm not entirely familiar with the history of King Henry. However, if he had more than one wife, likely the one he was not with at the time was surely jealous of their time together. Did not know he was executed - I guess he was a bad ruler as well as a bad polygamous lover.

Well he had 6 wives. He divorced the first one, Beheaded the second and the Third one died and the Fourth one was Divorced and the Fifth one was Beheaded and the sixth one was the only one that survived. King Henry Died later on. He was something else though!

No his first wife Catherine of Aragon was with him (1509-1533)(Divorced), Second wife Anne Boleyn (1533-1536)(Beheaded) Third wife Jane Seymour (1536-1537)(died) Jane Died after giving birth to King Henry's first Son
Fourth wife Anne of Cleves (1540-1540)(divorced) Was Jane Seymours hand maiden. Fifth wife Catherine Howard(1540-1541) Beheaded and last but not least Catherine Parr (1543-1547) She made King Henry Promise her that he would bring her no harm and he did as he promised. She was the only one that survived King Henry! and later Died January 28th, 1547.

So just how many wives did King Henry 'toff in his reign ? And it's not polygamy but that he married several times ?

Well he doesn't marry them all at the same time and he only killed two. He divorced the rest of them.

Well, my Mom married 9-times. (She didn't kill any - at least that I know of). But yah, to have them beheaded ? Yeeph ... Were they cheating or something ?

Well the first one to be Beheaded Anne Boleyn she got pregnant by a different man then went to go marry him while she was supposed to be married to King Henry! *Correction to previous comment Anne Boleyn was the former hand maiden of Catherine not Anne of Cleves (not a hand maiden) to Jane Seymour!* Anyway King Henry found out about this and Beheaded her. The second person to be Catherine Howard was beheaded because again she cheated on the King! Which you would think is not a good idea but Catherine did it anyway so she was beheaded!

Oof. I was very bad at history. VERY bad. Took it 3-times back in Middle school. Failed each time. Finally the school sent me on through - notta good idea as cause when I got into college I was WAY behind. Fortunately one nice teacher there spent time with me after class each day to try and help me catch up and learn stuff.

I did, and passed, but just barely. I still hate history. ◔̯◔

Science isn't so bad. I guess what I didn't like about History was it was stuff that happened in the past and - why is that so important today ? But now after watching Zeitgeist I can see how history is important after all. ◔‿◔
