Light for Venus

Light for Venus

A Poem by Souladareatease

Today opalescence opened eyes
crying life
within gasp
air of sea breeze grasp
tips
toes
blades of grass

Where thunder on the mountain
means wind in December
my Precious calendula prize
magic of the drifting mist
sailing mats
across beyond
blazing suns

Eyes upon leaves
fall
breath kept
for rainbow
there
where stars cross skies
skating the prism

lay
lush 'pon lilac way
candles kiss burns
the Princess wish
As a day is
life begins anew
Thee Beloved

Borne of sacred Ash
