Destroy Negativity

Being negative about one's self.

does erode and steals

your heart and soul.

It lives on your fears,

your anxieties and woes.

It's the monster in your mind

Hidden from sight.

That attacks. And feeds

on your weaknesses.

Leaving you feeling overwhelmingly

powerless to its attacks.

You have to learn to overcome

Take control And fight the demon

within.

I am not saying its easy.

Far from it. But little by

the bit you shall overcome

and win the war on

self-negativity and defeat.

Fear manifests itself often when you are at your lowest ebb.... it needs to be put down before it feeds and grows...it just hates positive thinking.
