Like before during

a bad time

I sat

on our bed

facing the window

and gazing at the clouds

before me

floating pass my view

The calm and tranquility

and perspective of soothing

grace I felt.

Helped aid my soul

as well as

comfort

my thoughts

easy my mind

and rejuvinate

my heart.

These moments

are my goodness

in my days...

ahead I see...

Hopefully

If suffering

in some way...

Just look

for

something in

nature

That will

make

you smile

and feel

good

and watch

the beauty

before you

Like a little bird

on a tree

A squirrel running around

on the grass

Looking at a Raindow

anything that makes

you smile.
