Healing........

It's midnight and the sky is clear

and the stars

are sparkling so brightly

in the darkness

I am naked and walking out

into the secure private backyard

And look up towards the heavens.

And take in a deep breath

and raise my hand either side of my body.

And feel secure and comforted

by the presences of nature and the world

around me.

My feet are planted solidly on the grass beneath me

and my hand and body feeling the light coolness of the air

around them.

I close my eyes. And drop my hands down beside my hips

and imagine God before me.

Talking to me and give me hope

and love. And telling me all will

be okay for us all.

And then I stand and mediate

and feel such calm and grace

for such a long time..

I then open my eyes.

And I am back in my bed

cosy and warm.

And rest.
