The keys..

The heart and the mind

seem to need help healing

the spirit and the soul

within us all.

Sadly these keys.

Take time to find and unopen

the heart and mindfully

but we have to work towards

that day when we do unlock

those doors to both places.

And release the demons

from within

And make us whole again

as a person.

With self-love, faith

and determination

and help. And expressing

ourselves we can overcome

and healing and mend.

And learn to accept us for

who we are now. Today.

the Key is to find balance between them, our mind, heart and spirit, the challenge is to maintain this balance, then our being, inner and soul will be in peace. easy? no one ever said that, it might take long years, but nothing in impossible, right my dear Dee? It is never easy to heal the soul. The main key to me is tolerance. Had we all been given this virtue at birth, what a different world it would be.

Keep them locked in by self doubt and they reoccur to torment us
