Smiling Even Thou your breaking.

It's funny in a sad way

everyone loves someone who

makes you smile and laugh

and have a good time.

But if you're on a downer and

miserable and sad.

The majority of the population

would give you a wide berth.

And leave you well alone.

And that is the time you actually

really do need your friends and

family closer.

During those hard times.

But sometimes. You put on a brave

face and smile and pretend all is fine.

And they believe your act.

Not really seeing you are troubled

and upset and down.

When really if they looked closer

they might have seen you where

troubled and were actually having

trouble smiling properly and your

the facial expression didn't fit in full

with your words.

And you were trying to hard to be normal

and happy.

 

But people only see what they want

to see. Without actually looking

properly at times.

if we are sad at work no one cares they just go on with their day however if i see someone sad i always ask if they are ok
its never returned
