Declaring Emotions.

Declaring Emotions.

A Poem by Onlyme

Here we go again,
on the inevitable
spiral going
downwards again.

Like dominoes getting knocked over
as one falls. The other go.

The cycle of ups and downs, the
merry go called a life of reality and living.

Never continuing  harmony or tranquillity
around, always something around the corner
to kick your confidence or affect your
mindset or family.

"Riding the lightning before it hits
you and maybe kills you or lets you
off for another round, maybe another day".

I feel my own mood is slipping and
trying as I might,
to hold on and keep
my own emotions
on a level footing.

Easier than said. I might add.

Thank God for poetry,
freedom of speech
to express oneself
a mind,
a heart,
and a soul.

To aid the above.
