You heard Me...

I was lost and confused and in doubt.

I felt isolated and fearful and full of dread.

My nights were long and arduous.

The devil was calling as I heard him

summon my name.

The darkness was all consuming.

I was ill and scared and weak.

My emotions could not stand the

constant battering it was taking

and my spirit and soul.

Was empty.

I was staggering around.

looking for an ally.

Shouting out and begging for assistant

and when I was actually really giving up

all hope.

You heard me and with a soft warm comforting

man's voice.

You came and saved me.

Bless you, from the bottom of my heart

and soul. For hearing me.

When I was going to give up completely.

I know life is still not easy. And struggles

are still ahead for us all.

But with the knowledge of knowing you

heard me. It means more than you

would ever know.

That you care and love me.

Yes, I have found my faith again, Chris, took me a while. And I learnt lesson from losing it. And also aid and hope and comfort from being in him again. Thanks, Chris, I am no bible thumper or anything like that. I just believe in my own way. And God knows that about me.
