Basking in the glory

of the sunshine

from gods rays above.

Casting down upon us

here on earth.

Feeling those rays of goodness and

pure joy

penetrating your senses and skin.

And lift you beyond euphoria

inside and out.

No matter where you are

in this world.

Or your race or background.

A beautiful day

is filled with sunshine

and  warmth

with a light breeze

can flood your emotions

 and make you feel so god dam good.

No matter what dilemmas your life holds

in general.

A perfect days weather wise

  can turn those

tears into smiles.

And give you a great day ahead.

it is the same Moon for everyone...it is the same sunshine for everyone...we are all equal and need to appreciate the beauty around us.
I love that this poem brings smiles and some joy in this dark world where most of what we write is full of angst and pain.
