Code Pink & Blue

Conjured in my mind while I had the misfortune to spend many consecutive nights supporting the love of my life through a life threatening illness at hospital with a busy birthing center

Life arrives and slowly dies in such a place as this 

Lullabies floating through healing space

 

Fleetingly carry a shared embrace 

softly pillowing the desperate hearts

 

broken by the sound 

of another “crashing” cart
