Mused Myths

Mused Myths

A Poem by A. R. Heistand

Tell me the truth, tell them the lie
And tell me, please tell me
How did you fall behind?
Between makeshift curtains
And blaring opaque force
Upon your tall, sneering horse
You bellowed rude disposition
To the clouding skies
And in your debt, you knew
Your confusion swung to delusion
Assuring your absolute dark
With a certified insult
And trust issued inside angst cries
Paranoid inside your outbursts
You appear mused again
Parading your diffused myth
Through the sweltering crowds
And back inside your crypt.

I'd love to come up with a compliment as deep as this poem deserves, but I can't. so I'll say this is great
