To be my heart

A poem about my heart being in love...

My heart to beat, only for one,

on this day as it is won.

To beat a song to sing so sweet,

to stand with one and never to cheat.

My heart, to be filled with love and more,

to never be a love chore.

To sit in myself and you,

and never to have an attitude.

To love and give, forever and on,

to see you never gone.

It deeply loves Valentines Day,

because of all the love and candy.

It's golod and soft as a peach,

and as fun-filled as the beach.

It beats and stomps a rhym or two,

and it dose this for only you.

It likes to swing on summer days,

and stair at the beautyful Blue Jays.

For none to be other than I,

to be my heart; never to die.

Really sweet and fun poem. ^_^ The rhyme worked well & even some of the half-rhymes sounded natural as well. :) Oh, and props for the inclusion of blue jays. I love birds & blue jays are gorgeous. ^_^
