Someday

Someday

A Poem by Picture of Poetry

Someday,

   when the dark ages end;

   when the light blooms a free glance.

Someday,

   when the pain stops;

   when the happiness fills all hearts.

Someday,

   when the shelling stops;

   when love is your weapon.

Someday,

   when the evil dies;

   when beauty of good shines all over.

Someday,

   when sadness and death are gone;

   when the smiling faces appear again.

Someday,

   someday,

      someday,

         soon;

            when hope is the key...and the lock.

Good write.
Im usually not a fan of continuous repetition in works unless they are performance baised pieces but i liked this one. I think the continuous pattern really tied the piece together
