Black and White Ribbon

Black and White Ribbon

A Poem by Picture of Poetry

Back and White ribbon,

tied in your hair.

They make a bow.

The winter breeze

tries to undo and tangle them,

       But they are stronger.

They both frey on the edges,

                        and tear at the ends,

            But tius no matter.

They wave and wave

and snap in the wind harshly.

      But they stck together.

They keep the bow.

They will stand together always.

Always making a pretty,

                                     strong,

           tough bow.

My Black and White ribbon...

I used to have a jacket I think was kind of like this.
A simple special thing.
