Yes, I fantasize about you.

Your 1970's fro under the dry blue heat of the sun.

Side burns plastered to your sweat ridden cheeks.

Your glasses glinting from the light of my...

Infatuation, to be exact.

You're so.... imperfectly beautiful.

Your comical brows, tangly masses of microscopic Jew-curls,

Shy green eyes,
And rash blemished skin that permeates adolescent self-esteem.

I want you to know that I understand you,

But words i cannot speak, just yet.

Your limpish walk,

Like a raving homeless.

I won't giggle, 

I don't care.

My pupils dilate, and I hate that feeling,

Fight or flight.

Pumping veins and

Sweaty, clammy, lovesick hands say, 

Kiss me already.

Haha, wow. Interesting take - love generally is seen to smooth out all flaws and imperfections, but you were pretty blatant here. I like it. :P
Jewish should be capitalized.
//little heart till it's contents...// "it's" should be "its"
Is it supposed to be "fight of flight"? Or rather fight or flight.
Otherwise, your punctuation was a little wacked in some places, but not too shabby for rushed. It was definitely an interesting read.
