Nonchalance

Nonchalance

A Poem by Poetic Nuance

A smile, a twirl, a longing glance,
A casual jig, holding minds in trance,
Skimming thru the throng, she moves
Unmindful of stares, that disapproves
She breaks her step, an interlude
Watched by wondrous gazes, glued
Lingering on this bit of happiness
A drop to fill that emptiness
This carefree life, they so desire
Meandering on the streets of despair.
