You've Heard of Eyes That Kill...

You've Heard of Eyes That Kill...

A Poem by joliecouer

You’ve Heard of Eyes That Kill…
No, they don’t seem
supple enough.
They need to be
soft yet bossy,
curved but
honey-don’t-you-mess-with-me
sharp.

Oh yes.

They’ve got to be
that perfect shade of
velvet heather
and
juicy pomegranate.
That’s it,
one more coat
and a little gloss
just there.
They've gotta catch
his eye make him look twice,
make him wonder about things.
Dangerous Things.

I love this poem - purely because it perfectly encapsulates the constant questioning and doubt you feel about yourself just as your about to speak to someone you like. Not gonna lie - pretty brilliant Prachi.

Its so seductive, I love it. aha.
It seems like your creating the perfect stare to linger in a man you have interests in. Its amazing.

Keep writing, your really talented!
