Nowhere, Somewhere And Everywhere

Nowhere, Somewhere And Everywhere

A Poem by Pete
"

Foolish people imagine that what they imagine is somewhere else. That stuff is not made in any factory but your own. - Thoreau

"
Selection | Vines: Climbers & Twiners | U of I Extension

where there's a ripple
there's a fish
where there's a prayer
there's a wish
where there are lips
there's a kiss

where there's love
there's a vine
where there's a sky
there's a sign
where there's a soul
there is life

Oh MY!!!! PLEASE turn these WORDS into a SONG! I think in each poem I read I am going to tell You what an OUTSTANDING poet You are! few lines, simple words, deep meaning, high quality, only You can write like this, everything is in the "nothing" and everything is inside "us", the somewhere, the everywhere, the nowwhere! and WHAT a title!!!! our soul is our truth, our bodies are the covers, the source of eternal life is within the "soul" and blessed who can get there! I am jealous! I wish I had a little bit of your talent!

This is a bubbly song of hope much needed in our troubled times. Excellent rhyme, rhythm, & nice pause before that last word. It is my deep conviction that people see exactly what their eyes have been taught to focus on. If we want to improve our lives, we need to focus on that swish that comes just before any of life's abundant blessings (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

What a perfect poem to wake up to this morning.
And I love fishing, and love that ripple just before the strike.
