Two Way MirrorA Poem by PeteI perceive that more or other things are seen in the reflection than in the substance. - Thoreauit has no response other than to keep staring back still insisting on that which it reflects i put on a disguise and look again, thinking that the game is done and i've won but it's still the same me underneath the deception i scream louder, "you're a liar" amidst sharp shards, the mirror has no choice but to answer "takes one to know one" © 2024 Pete
