Pointless Review

Pointless Review

A Poem by queensonvia

If we could slow and
stop.
Why don't you look?
There are the concrete smiles,
but for now look beyond them.
Some part of us was
alive.
Some part of me still
wishes.

I know you don't.

We could have been.
Absolutely not.
If not you should have
opened your mouth.
I believed
once.
Don't think you're the
only one.

I can't trust people.
What they say ≠ what they do.
And myself.
I cannot keep to myself,
because no one can keep to me.
Forgive and forget.
Always
forgiving.
Never
forgetting.

Don't be one of us.
You are NOT
one of us.
And don't try - I see.

Pause.
Restart.
Don't Save.
Continue.

About
Howdy ya'll :) I'm Sonova and I am quite an interesting person to say the least. I honestly don't write that much because I'm mainly an artist. I pretty much only write when I really feel it. more..
