Those Damn Cows

They stand in their paddocks

chewing the cud

contentedly

plotting to kill the world

like megalomaniac’s 

of methane;

We stand in our concrete jungles

chewing the fat

smugly

literally killing the world

with wanton need and greed

amidst our polluting stench

of bullshit;

So, yeah

our world is overripe

and truly cooked

and it’s all the damn cows

fault.

I've been in those concrete jungles and saw a bunch of fart-heads, that's for sure.

Thank you, Relic. You’d be surprised just who believes that cows are seriously contributing to climate change! So much so that there is serious research being done into selectively breeding for cows that will produce less methane. The creation of a whole new breed! Can you imagine that? That is how much they are being blamed for our warming world!
