I love this video I have watched it many times before and I’ve watched the bald headed eagles in Alaska the most beautiful powerful mystical being ever- sacred to the cultures up Nirth- their piercing cries warns and challenges the spirit as the fly free the king above many- one thing in life we can only be certain of is change- not always easy but best for growth and destiny- difficult paths lead to beautiful places- from pain comes beauty- wonderful words-🌹

Ahhhh....this takes me back into the wild...:) I was watching vultures, actually. Not as graceful as eagles, but the same principle applies.....

I was wondering whether the ending could have been a bit more dramatic.....I mean, if you or I take a banana from the table, we are "taking food", but a carnivore has to kill its prey, so there is a little bit more drama involved.....:) I watched an eagle or falcon catch a squirrel.....it's human nature to have sympathy for the "victim" but that's their cycle of life.

Great to see nature reaching our cafe of scribbles....:)

could be i am sure...i was hoping the sharp talons would carry that ;) I use to see Eagles all the time up north along the great Sioux River ... only a few here in the Ozarks, tho I know they are around... we have Turkey Buzzards winging up and down the hollers in front and back of our cabin ... huge they are! and do cast mighty shadows ... frightening poor poor wabbit! ;))

Reading your words... watching the video... breathing in the wonder of eagles. What an enchantment expressed through your thoughts. Sometimes the eagles come here... to Arkansas, the hills around me. And they are like the most sacred messengers. Even saw a hawk the other day dive into the field to capture her food. How your poetry becomes like their wings, lifting them higher.

oh man Owl!! so cool! I am parked just outside Mountain View! as I told the Volcano above, I see them on rare occasions but I know they are all around this place. Thank you so much for the feedback Owl! Perhaps we can have coffee some time if we are nearby each other .. talk poetry and stuff! ;)

Somehow it reminded me of the power of something that is far more greater than us....the claim of it on our soul..... not sure if this makes sense.... :)

And eagles are majestic birds...
We believe the white neck eagle was the carrier for our Lord vishnu....so they are auspicious to us when we see one flying over head.... :)
