Liberation

The moment before he took a leap from which he would not return.

Forlorn,

Betrayed by a farewell letter,

Relapse,

Abusing painful memories, 

Silhouette,

Where she once stood,

Indifferent,

Looking down at him bleed,

Crawling,

Limbs caressing the asphalt,

Melodies,

Weeping echoes confess sin,

Summon,

Apparitions of her smile,

Consumed,

Surrendering his mortality,

Liberation,

Waiting below in the canyon,
