Across The Grass

A beautiful poem by my lovely girlfriend that I wanted to share with you guys :)

Across the grass,

I feel the cool between my toes

As they curl

I feel the crispness of the leaves

As I step

I move one foot at a time

Forward always forward

I see the green beyond the hill

Brighter than any light

Away I'm going, I know it's true

Away, away across the grass.

This is a wonderful little poem, fills the heart with warmth and want, reminds me of new zealand walking along the hills for hours on end each one more green and beautiful than the next. Keep it up.
