If the sight of my lover

Is all I would want in the morning

I can live with the memories instead…

If the voice of my dear

Is all I would want when I frown

I can close my eyes & hear all unsaid..

If the touch of my friend

Is all I would want when I feel upset

Oh take it back, Oh take it back

I can cuddle with a cold pillow & bed…

If love of that someone

Is all I want to live my life

Oh take it back, Oh take it back

I can become a living dead…
