Love in the time of precariousness

Love in the time of precariousness

A Poem by sansrity sinha

There comes a phase in the life of one, when fear surrounds and the hopes are shunned,

Objectivity to rationality, nothing works, but there it comes when the savior is none,

Between dark clouds as a silver lining, experience of which is blessing for one,

A hand to hold, a shoulder to lean, that home feeling... his presence is all needed then..

Behold thoughts, capture feelings, I think then, but my inclination to it surprises me then,

It sets me back to memories of childhood, the golden old days spent together then

Not all people endure love I think, separations and clashes build up to eradicate the relations for some

Lucky charms endure love till ages, but many can’t hold back relationships in life

It makes me realize facts of love and also internalize that departure would spare none.

My thoughts take U turn then, with all belief I accept love then...

Why suffer at present when future is decided for none?

Let everything else fall apart, but I would stand firm for it becomes my oath,

With new belief of optimism, with a word of caution I move ahead to learn what people don’t tell,

Love is a pillar that helps one stand; it does not fall until respect for duo sustains all harshness,

Thus, no matter how precarious times are, love would give me courage to withstand all,

Love never interferes or dilutes aspirations; it’s just another support that supports dreams…

It’s a bridge that two minds built to reach their goal in reality,

Love is not vulgar, fake or desperate, it another pillar to add to decency...

Although it may not be expressed always, but it stays with me constantly…

Just like moon, that adds to the beauty of stars at night, although dynamic, it is indispensable...
