They say castles can’t be built in air;

They say we are not born to fly.

Impossible! The term used to tag!

Unrealistic, they call us to nag!

Some take it as demotivation;

Others take it as inspiration.

It acts as a launch pad,

For the ones exceptional!

They stand alone to define the field.

Courageous enough to travel unexplored zones;

With aspirations as high as stars;

With goals as far as Mars!

Those are ones who are role models;

Encouraging and nurturing less fortunate people.

For the path less traveled could be a jackpot!

The journey taken could be a fortune!

As castles take longer to be built,

Finishing operation are trickier than manufacturing.

Such is the challenge in every innovation…

To think what has never been thought;

And, to do that has never been done…

S2 L3; "acts a launch" should be "acts as a"
S3 L1; "out of THE crowd" and "to define field" is incomplete as well
S3 L4; Mars (should be capitalized)
S4 L3; "For path" should have either 'a' or 'the' in between there
S5 L2; "Finishing operation are" either add 's' to the end of operation, or add 'the' or 'an' between the first two words and change 'are' to 'is'
S5 L4; "To do think what" something needs to change here. I would just delete 'do'
S5 L5; "do that has" should either be "do that which has" or "do what has"

Other than the grammar, an excellent write. This is very true. Under pressure people either crack or rise above. And when they rise, you can count on the fact that they will shine, surpassing all that have come before them.
