Memories...assets for life

They talk of stability,

They talk of safety,

They fight for what already exists;

And worry about what shall exist!

No matter how far we walk in our lives;

No matter how fast we move in our lives;

Certain things remain clinging around

Fuzzy in appearance but it always surrounds…

They are memories that brings mixed feelings

Sweet as honey but at times tangy

A tough teacher, it can be termed!

Learn from experiences, it always tells!

I ponder upon its strength

It has bought about a transformed self!

Transforming itself with dynamic states

It always guides me through,

Across all ambiguous states...

At times soft as a blooming flower,

At times harsh as a blazing sun.

At times worthy as an elderly advice;

But always right relative to time!

No matter how dynamic our paths are…

Memories are our assets for life!
